1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Sera Loan, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide valid, accurate information including a Kenyan mobile number and identification details.
3. Account Verification
All users must complete OTP verification via SMS. You are responsible for keeping your phone secure and for activities under your account session.
4. Loan Pre-Approval
Pre-approved amounts are generated automatically based on internal scoring rules for research/demo purposes and do not guarantee final approval.
5. Credit Check Fee
A non-refundable credit check fee of KES 100 may be required before your application moves to final review. Payment is processed through supported mobile money channels.
6. Final Approval
After fee payment, applications move to Under Review - Pending Final Approval. Sera Loan reserves the right to approve or reject any application.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse the platform in any way.
8. Limitation of Liability
Sera Loan is provided on an “as is” basis for research/demo use. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the revised terms.
